Refund and Exchange Policy

ALL return and exchange requests must be made to service@wonderfulcell.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.  No Exceptions!  Wonderfulcell will only reimburse the customer's credit card.  USED merchandise cannot be returned.

Defective Product Returns:
If you have discovered that your item is defective, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, you may return the item to WonderfulCell for a prompt exchange or a full refund (minus shipping) of the purchase price. For returning defective items, please include the original packing slip (included with your shipment) AND a note stating the specific problem.

Non-Defective Product Returns:
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the product for any reason you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), less a 15% restocking fee, within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Non-defective products must be returned in their original condition with copy of the original packing slip. USED merchandise cannot be returned.

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, for returned items. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days after WonderfulCell has received your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. For refunds, WonderfulCell will credit your account minus the shipping cost, if any, as soon as WonderfulCell receives the item(s).
